He took to X, to reflect on it and also share the reasons that could have triggered the same. Kamath shared a collage of two images of himself - one shows him lying on a hospital bed and the other shows him on a treadmill.
Why Did Nithin Kamath Suffer A Mild Stroke?
While there¡¯s no definite answer to this, Kamath believes that the reason why he encountered a 'mild stroke' could be due to various factors including his father's demise, inadequate sleep, weariness, dehydration, and excessive physical activity.
Nithin Also Gave An Update On His Health
Sharing his current health status, the CEO wrote, ¡°I've gone from having a big droop in the face and not being able to read or write to having a slight droop but being able to read and write more. From being absent-minded to more present-minded. So, 3 to 6 months for full recovery.¡±
"I wondered why a person who's fit and takes care of himself could be affected. The doctor said you need to know when you need to shift the gears down a bit. Slightly broken, but still getting my treadmill count," he added.

His followers wished him a speedy recovery in the comments section including his peers like Ashneer Grover and The Liver Doc.
"Dude - take care. Most likely you are deeply affected because of passing away of your dad - it got me too after my dad¡¯s demise - I simply collapsed one day. Take a break !", the former Shark Tank India judge Ashneer Grover wrote.
The Liver Doc on X wrote, "Please take care Nithin. Get well soon! You will be alright and A-ok."
