Fans have resurfaced old videos of Sam Konstas calling Virat Kohli one of his favourite cricketers, amplifying the disappointment over their Boxing Day Test altercation, as many believe Kohli intentionally bumped into Konstas.
Virat Kohli may face an ICC ban following an altercation on the first day of the Boxing Day Test against Australia. The incident involved what appeared to be an intentional push by Kohli against 19-year-old debutant Sam Konstas. While ICC match referee Andy Pycroft is yet to announce his decision, the internet has unearthed old videos of Konstas expressing admiration for Kohli.

He responds, "Shane Watson will be one hopefully, my dad, and maybe Virat Kohli."
Konstas had also previously called Kohli his favourite Indian cricketer, which makes the incident all the more disheartening for fans.

"Have a look where Virat walks. Virat's walked one whole pitch over to his right and instigated that confrontation. No doubt in my mind whatsoever."
