It¡¯s that time of the year when you vow to renew yourself mentally and physically. Let¡¯s face it, we all have at least once (or every year) promised ourselves to be physically fit(ter) and to look and feel brand new. Well, I do that every year.??
I usually start with easily achievable goals. You know, like making my own bed, no screen time after 10 pm, working out at least 3 times a week and umm, cutting down sugar.?
However, more often than not, a few months into the new year, these resolutions restrict me from living the ¡®perfect life¡¯ leading me to quit all of them at once.? But again, new year, same resolutions and same me.
2020 has been a year of changes. We all have picked up some habits that are hard to give up. With restrictions to step out leading to bare minimum activities, our lives have seen a new low this year. While we¡¯re not sure how great things will be in 2021, we sure know the importance of leading a happy and most importantly, a healthy life.?
Which is why the only thing I did while I had all the time in the world is to follow the resolutions I made 5 years ago. It has only been 4 months and I can see a visible difference in my lifestyle and of course, my body. The most important thing that I have done this year has really changed the way my body functions. I am more active, attentive and most importantly healthy.
So, what is it, really? Do I work out a lot? No! Have I quit eating junk? No!?
So, what is it really?
?You will be very surprised to know that by making just one simple lifestyle change, I have been able to achieve the fitness goals that I have been making year after year on New Year¡¯s eve. Yes!
