As the release date for the survival drama 'Aadujeevitham' approaches, based on Benyamin's popular novel, Najeeb Muhammed, the real-life inspiration for the story, recently shared his thoughts after watching a preview of the film.
Scheduled to hit theaters on March 28, 2024, 'Aadujeevitham', directed by Blessy and starring Prithviraj Sukumaran, has been generating significant buzz.
According to the OTT play, after seeing the film depicting his own life journey, Najeeb Muhammed expressed deep emotions, describing the experience as moving.
In his review, Najeeb praised director Blessy for portraying his struggles with sensitivity and lauded Prithviraj Sukumaran for his authentic portrayal of Najeeb's desert odyssey.
Najeeb also appreciated the dedication of the entire filmmaking team in bringing his story to the screen, acknowledging the challenges they faced.
Despite the tough subject matter, Najeeb revealed that his family and friends eagerly await the film's release, stressing the importance of sharing his story with a wider audience.
Apart from Prithviraj Sukumaran's role as Najeeb, the film also features Amala Paul as Sainu, Najeeb's wife, adding depth to the narrative.
With music by AR Rahman and cinematography by Sunil KS, 'Aadujeevitham' promises to captivate audiences with its emotional narrative and impressive craftsmanship.
Additionally, Najeeb's own journey to Saudi Arabia highlights the hardships faced by migrant workers abroad, as he endured two years of harsh conditions and isolation as a goatherd in the desert.
