As the son of the fabled demon Sparda, Johnny Yong Bosch plays Dante, a fierce demon hunter. In his portrayal of Dante's younger self, Kue Lawrence provides insight into his formative years. Mary Ann Arkham, a lieutenant in the shadowy DARKCOM organization, is played by Scout Taylor-Compton. Dante appropriately calls her "Lady."
