Jawan OTT Release: Shah Rukh KhanĄ¯s Film Sold To Digital Platform For A Whopping Rs 250 Crore?
Shah Rukh Khan is on a roll after making a comeback to the big screen in 2023 after a five-year absence. He started the year off strong with Pathaan, and now he is enjoying the enormous success of Jawan, which is playing in packed theaters all over the nation.
Jawan broke all box office records by becoming the first movie in Indian cinema history to gross more than Rs 200 crore in just three days.
And as viewers continue to enjoy the movie in theaters, news breaks that Jawan's OTT rights have already been soldĄĒand for an astounding sum according to the Free Press Journal.
Jawan's rights have reportedly been sold to OTT giant Netflix for a whopping Rs 250 crore.
The release date for Jawan hasn't been officially announced by the producers, but given the fantastic reviews the movie has been getting in theaters, fans will undoubtedly have to wait a while before they can watch it at home.

Film trade analyst Sumit Kadel revealed that the Shah Rukh Khan film crossed ?600 crore worldwide on Tuesday.?
He tweeted, Ą°#Jawan has crossed ? 600 CR in 6 days worldwide with an average of 100 cr + gross on each day.Ąą?
On Thursday of last week, Jawan was released in theaters in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi. Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, and Shah Rukh Khan play the key characters. Deepika also appears in the movie in a special role as Shah Rukh's mother. Lehar Khan, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Ridhi Dogra, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, and others play important roles in it as well.
Talking about the success of Jawan, Shah Rukh Khan previously penned a note on X (formerly known as Twitter). He wrote, "Thank you for all the love and appreciation for #Jawan!! Stay safe and happyĄ Please keep sending in the pics and videos of all of you enjoying the moviesĄ. And I will be back soon to see all of them! Until thenĄ Party with Jawan in the theatres!!
