Kalki 2898 AD director Nag Ashwin has finally reacted to the Arshad-Prabhas controversy that has sparked fan debate on social media platforms. A few days ago, Bollywood actor Arshad Warsi said in an interview that he did not like Prabhas' character in the sci-fi film and that the character looked like a joker.
The statement hurt Prabhas fans, and they stared, comparing Arshad's work so far with that of South Indian superstar Prabhas. But the moment Kalki 2898 AD was released on OTT platforms Netflix and Prime Video, a section of the audience also supported Arshad's statement and agreed that they did not like Prabhas' role in the film.?
Now reacting to the whole fan debate that is ongoing all over the internet, Kalki 2898 AD director Nag Ashwin has said, "Let's not go backwards..no more north-south or bolly vs tolly..eyes on the bigger picture.. "
