She started her production company Kintsukuroi Films earlier this year. The dark comedy Nayeka, in which she also stars, is her first endeavour as a producer. It appears that actors truly enjoy becoming producers and wouldn't mind choosing it after becoming actors, as several actors have lately started their journey as producers, including Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, and many more.
The third season of Kulhari's popular series Four More Shots Please! has her most recent appearance. The actor claimed that the internationally nominated series had altered the course of her career.
She further stated,?¡°It opened many doors for me. It made people see me in a different light, which is good for an actor. The fact that the show was well received and there were more seasons, the popularity of the character grew more.¡±
Four More Shots Please!, In Kirti's opinion, numerous barriers have been shattered because of the OTT's innovative treatment of female themes.

¡°It is kind of a torchbearer of chick flicks, especially when it comes to talking about women¡¯s issues in its own glamourous, fun, fluffy way,¡± she said.
Kulhari said, ¡°There are so many women-led films and series on OTT that make you believe that this is the change that is here to stay and truly change something about how we portray women, the kind of stories we tell about women and how society, in general, perceives women."
She said, ¡°We inspire and empower women by showing them that you deserve¡ Even though you might be messed up or are imperfect, you deserve the best in life and no one else but you need to get it.?We also talk about sisterhood, female bonding, friendship and how as women we need to support, stand up and empower each other.¡±
She said, ¡°It has been a long gap since we finished season two. The whole gap, the pandemic, and the unpredictable conditions, just made it quite difficult and challenging to shoot this season.?It broke the rhythm that everybody was expecting to get into, it never got established. That made it more difficult for me to keep going back to it again and again,"
In the film Four More Shots Please!, performed by Kulhari, Sayani Gupta, Maanvi Gagroo, and Bani J, four friends discuss their friendships, conflicts between their personal and professional lives, aspirations, and fears in a society where men predominate. Despite not being "best of friends" with her co-stars, Kulhari said she still holds each of them in the highest regard and with time, they have grown closer to one another.
