The Indian Malayalam-language mystery film Kishkindha Kaandam is gearing up for its OTT release after its theatrical run now. The mystery drama film has completed the first 10 days of its release, and now, if reports are to be believed, the digital rights of the film have been sold for a whopping price. According to reports, Kishkindha Kaandam has become the first Onam film of this year to close the OTT and satellite deals. Reports suggest the digital rights and satellite telecast rights of the Malayalam drama have been sold for Rs. 12 crore, which is double of the movie's total budget. Kishkindha Kaandam begins with a retired army officer's gun going missing, which prompts his daughter-in-law to investigate. With starting to investigate about the missing gun, she uncovers many family secrets. Things take drastic turns when a monkey skeleton gets discovered that was shot three years ago, and a photographer captures a monkey holding the missing gun. The story is all about bizarre occurrences in a monkey-inhabited village.
Kishkindha Kaandam has been directed by Dinjith Ayyathan. The star cast of the movie includes actors like Asif Ali, Vijayaraghavan, and Aparna Balamurali in crucial roles.?
The Malayalam movie has other actors like Shebin Benson, Jagadish, Ashokan, Aarav, Vyshnavi Raj, Major Ravi, Kottayam Ramesh, Nizhalgal Ravi, and Nishan in character roles.
