When asked if he is aware of racism that Indians face abroad, he said, ¡°I haven't lived abroad. People go thinking that it's easy and the moment we land their things will start happening automatically but it takes a while. In that journey you may come across some people who pass some remarks here and there. Now it's your decision to go and live there but I have not made that decision. I don't think I will be comfortable.¡±
Talking about the comedy scene in the industry and competition, he said, ¡°There¡¯s no competition because there are many mediums and so many people. I don't see it as a competition. If we talk about stand up comedians, most of them write their acts based on their own experiences. So it's about every individual, like somebody is talking about gujarati, punjabi family, their life, and their take on it and it automatically becomes different for every person. So there is no competition. ¡°
He said, ¡°We always thought that there won't be radio after tv but it's doing very well. Tv came after and we thought why people would go to cinemas now? But it is still working very well. I think recently Pathaan did so well and people are going to go to the cinema and it is going to stay.¡±
