The United States (US) will vote for its new President on November 5th, also known as "Election Day." Will it be Democrat Kamala Harris or Republican Donald Trump? According to the Associated Press, more than 77 million people have already voted in early elections to select their next premier. The last votes will be cast on Tuesday, November 5, before the polls shut.
Both Trump and Kamala supporters are showing their support on social media. A man from Kolkata, who is a Trump supporter, took things a bit further with his LinkedIn post. And it didn't sit well with the internet, here's what he said.?
Rajarshi Shome, who according to his LinkedIn profile is based out of Kolkata and is an investor. In a post, that the internet is not a fan of, the man showed his support for Donald Trump.?
He wrote, "My complete support is towards Donald Trump. We need strong masculine men at the top. The likes of Elon Musk and Donald Trump must handle policies. We have enough weakness around us. The world needs more MEN."
The man has a following of around 9k on LinkedIn and his profile also proudly states, "I speak the truth. You may get offended." Some people did get offended after the post in question.?
Many people on the internet were angered after reading the post. The post inherently questions what it is to be a man and also questions the definition of being "strong: suggesting that woman can't be strong.?
