Amid Death Threats, Salman Khan Imports Nissan’s Most Expensive SUV With Bulletproof Glass

It's been months since Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and his aids announced their motive to kill actor Salman Khan. The reason behind this animosity is that Khan poached a Blackbuck during the shooting of his 1998’s film Hum Saath Saath Hain. Reportedly, the community Lawrence belongs to worships Blackbuck and that has triggered the gangster.

While the actor’s security has already been beefed up with constant investigation undergoing in this case, Salman is also doing his bit to stay safe.

Several videos circulated on Youtube recently showed Salman commuting in a new car and it is not just another car but a bulletproof Nissan Patrol SUV. The car is being produced in India but hasn’t entered the Indian market yet. It is popularly sold in Gulf nations and Southeast Asian countries. For the unversed, the model Salman has imported is the most expensive SUV that Nissan has ever created.

Salman Khan who likely got it imported privately from the international market was spotted travelling through it in Mumbai accompanied by his tight security cars around. This rugged Nissan Patrol SUV is considered one of the most secure and best bulletproof four wheelers.

This is not Salman’s first bulletproof SUV!

It was recently that Khan got his Toyota Land Cruiser SUV upgraded with armour and bulletproof glass. The modifications were made because Salman’s model wasn’t the latest-generation model and Toyota doesn’t have factory-fitted armoured cars. Apart from these, Salman’s garage is also filled with a Mercedes Benz S-Class, Lexus LX 470, Audi A8, Porsche Cayenne, Range Rover Autobiography, Audi RS7, Mercedes AMG GLE 63 S and Mercedes Benz GL-Class.

The gangster gave two separate interviews from inside the jail to ABP which took the internet by storm. In one of which he was seen quoted as saying, “There is anger in our society for Salman Khan. He humiliated my society. A case was filed against him but he did not apologise. If he does not tender an apology, be ready to face the consequences. I will not depend on anyone else.”

"There is anger in my mind for him since childhood. Will break his ego sooner or later. He should come to our deity's temple (Jambeshwarji temple) and apologise. If our society forgives, then I will not say anything," Lawrence added.
