A film that is both spooky and fun - Stree, starring Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Abhishek Banerjee and Pankaj Tripathi in pivotal roles, turned out to be one of the most hilarious Bollywood movies. It has been six years since the movie was released and now, a sequel titled Stree 2 is all set to be released on August 15. One of the main reasons why there's so much hype around the movie is because of its stellar dialogues. The first installment was a laughter riot. As we await the release of Amar Kaushik directorial, here are some of the unforgettable dialogues from the OG film that still tickles our funny bones.?

Fun Fact: Did you know this popular dialogue was improvised by Pankaj Tripathi. After the film's release, the actor releaved that the popular dialogue from the film was not a part of the script. "I added that punchline, to make the character more fun," he had shared.
4. "Uski aankho mein dekho... ankho mein... Pyar ke bhooki hai wo pyaar se dekho... pyar hmmm... or pyaar se dekho... arey humri g***d phati hui hai kahan se layenge pyar."?

Fun Fact: This popular folk legend is written outside many houses in small towns. It is believed that a briadal ghost knocks at the door of every house at night, and if you open the door, she kills you.?So, in many towns, people still write "Nale Ba" outside their houses, which roughly translates to "come tomorrow" in Kannada. Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Stree was based on this folklore.?

The dialogues of the first film were written by?Sumit Arora, the man behind movies like Jawan and Chandu Champion, and web series like The Family Man and Guns and Gulaabs. On the other side, the screenplay of the movie was written by?Raj & DK. The latest instalment of the movie Stree 2 has however been written by?Niren Bhatt who has written movies like Bala and Made In China and web series like?Asur, Ray and Inside Edge.?
