The English title of Chhello Show is "Last Film Show", which has been directed by Pan Nalin. It is slated to be released in theatres across the country on October 14.?
According to reports published by the Free Press Journal, FFI president TP Aggarwal had earlier said that "Chhello Show" was unanimously selected for the 95th Academy Awards as India's official entry over ace director SS Rajamouli's hit film 'RRR,' Ayan Mukerji's film 'Brahmastra: Part One Shiva' led by Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt, Vivek Agnihotri's hit film 'The Kashmir Files' and R Madhavan's directorial debut 'Rocketry: The Nambi Effect.'?
The filmmaker has claimed that India has lost another opportunity by not choosing an original film as the official entry for Oscars 2023.
