In one of the recent episodes of Bigg Boss 17, Ankita Lokhande who dated Sushant Singh Rajput for about seven years until 2016, opened up about his death in conversation with comedian and fellow contestant Munawar Faruqui. She admits that she knows the real reason behind his death, and also shared why she didn't attend his funeral.?
Was he suffering from depression? Was he upset about his break up with his then-girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty? Was he murdered by someone else? Did drugs have a connection to his death? There are so many questions that his fans still have three years after his death. While no one knows the exact cause of his death, Ankita Lokhande in Bigg Boss 17 admitted that she knows it.
When Munawar asked him, "You exactly know na what went wrong?", she said, "Abhi mein yeh baat nahi karna chahti. Mujhe yeh nahi batana bilkul bhi.
That is Munawar tells her that he is not asking the reason, he only wants to know if she knows.?

The conversation started when Ankita was singing Kaun Tujhe, a song from his film MS Dhoni: The Untold Story. That is when Munawar revealed that he had met him at the screening of the film. Ankita got emotional and said, "Bohot acha insaan tha woh" and added that she doesn't feel nice talking about him in past tense.

She also revealed why she didn't attend his funeral and said, "Did not even attend his funeral. I could not even go. I thought I couldn't see him. It was Vicky who told me to go, but I refused. How can you see it?"
"I had never experienced it in my life. The first time I saw my father like that, and that's when I realised the loss of losing a person," she concluded.?
Ankita's father Shashikant Lokhande for the unversedpassed away earlier this year at the age of 68.??
