This happened at the Billari prison when his legal counsel along with some of the family members visited him. in the viral video, Darshan was spotted?walking inside the jail premises with police officials around him when he showed his middle finger to those recording/clicking him.?

For the unversed, Darshan along with 12 others accused were arrested, on charges of murder of 33-year-old Chitradurga resident Renukaswamy. It is said that the victim had allegedly sent some lewd messages to Darshan's rumoured girlfriend Pavithra Gowda on social media, which triggered him. The 47-year-old Kannada actor, who is married to Vijayalakshmi Darshan, was informed about the same, which led to the crime.

The suspects who have been taken into custody were mostly from his fan club. It is said that Darshan offered Rs 5 lakhs each to three men to take the blame of the murder. The body of Renukaswamy was reportedly spotted by a food delivery boy under Sumanahalli Bridge. He was the one who reported the incident to the police.?
