TV's Former 'Parvati' AKA Sonarika Bhadoria Lashes Out At People For Their Hypocritical Behavior!

Just a few days ago TV’s former Parvati AKA Sonarika Bhadoria received a lot of flak for her bikini pictures. Sonarika, who is popularly known as Parvati for her role in TV show Devon Ke Dev Mahadev posted bikini photos on Instagram but she must have never thought that it could cost her a lot.

People start thrashing her and trolling her and she ended up deleting the picture. However, people’s hypocrisy definitely left her bitter. Even when she deleted the pictures, she posted a note on Instagram where she wrote:

“It’s two years since the serial ended and three years since I played the role. After me there were two other Parvatis! Why should people react to my pictures. It’s not as if I haven’t worn short dresses or revealing clothes before. I have done it all.

And if I am on a beach I am not going to wear saris or salwar kameezes. I don’t understand what was so objectionable about the pictures. It’s not even a proper bikini. It’s a beach skirt and a bikini top.”

In a recent interview, she blatantly pointed out the hypocrisy that irked her. She said,

“Yes. I was also sceptical when I was offered Mahadev. But the makers convinced me that it was another era and people’s thought process had changed now. After all, we are actors and are playing the roles. Off camera we have the freedom to lead our lives the way we want to.”

She said that if her co-star who played Mahadev could be called as ‘hot’ Shiva, why should be singled out for wearing a bikini top? Pointing at hypocrisy which she totally dislikes, she added:

“Gurmeet (Choudhary)?who is a dear friend of mine played Ram (Ramayan) and the next serial he did was Geet Hui Sabse Parayi. In that he gave bare bodied, sexy shots and girls were drooling over him. Even boys looked up to him for fitness. Similarly, my Mahadev co-star Mohit Raina had girls going crazy for him because of his looks and six-pack-abs.Yes, he did full justice to the character, but girls called him the hot Shiva. Why should girls only bear the brunt, be submissive, dress and behave in a certain way”

After deleting the bikini pictures from her personal Instagram account, she posted those pictures back . She explained:

“That was because my brother said that by deleting the pictures I was giving importance to the haters and asked me to put them back."
