What is the Mameru or Mosalu ceremony?
The Mameru ceremony, also called mosalu, is a customary Gujarati event in which the bride is visited by her maternal aunt's husband and her maternal uncle (Mama). During the ritual, the bride and groom touch Mama and Mami's feet and ask for their blessing.?
?The custom helps to fortify the relationship between maternal relatives. A Panetar saree, jewelry, ivory or white chura (bangles), and a gorgeously organized selection of sweets and dried fruits in trousseau trays are among the gifts given at the ceremony.

All about the wedding schedule
On July 12, the wedding ceremonies will begin. The wedding ceremony, also known as the auspicious Shubh Vivah, will take place first. Shubh Aashirwad? will be held on July 13. The wedding reception, or Mangal Utsav, is scheduled for July 14. Indian elegant attire is required. All these events will be held at the Jio World Centre in BKC.?
