Bollywood star Tamannaah Bhatia is basking in the success of her song Aaj Ki Raat from the hit movie Stree 2 and is being applauded for her physique. Netizens are praising the actress for her curves and body positivity at a time when the film business is filled with actresses who have gone under the knife for a slimmer physique. Tamannaah's go-to breakfast is a smoothie bowl which includes gluten-free granola, dates, almond milk, a banana, nuts, and a handful of berries. The diva definitely starts her day with a hearty breakfast for that energy boost! On the days she feels like she needs an extra kick she eats eggs which are a great source of protein.
She keeps switching between either poached eggs or an omelette with a lot of vegetables like onions, tomatoes and spinach.
Talking about her lunch, the Vedaa actress shared she loved Indian food. Her usual lunch meal is a simple dal, rice and a green vegetable. Revealing that she finds such meals the most satiating, she also added on the days she's on a shoot or going out she opts for South Indian food like idli, sambar or rasam and dosa.
The actor shared that before dinner, around 5-6 pm, she often gets hungry and eats a handful of nuts as a form of healthy snack. This quick bite also acts as a great pre-workout for her as she prefers going to the gym in the evening.
After sweating it out in the gym, the actress goes for a protein-rich dinner which usually involves eggs and vegetables. However, she added that if she eats really hungry or has had a particularly high-intensity gym sesh, she increases the portions of her meal.
Coming to her cheat day or cheat meal, the 34-year-old actress shared that according to her cheat days are equally important if they're following a regular diet. She revealed every 10th or so she ends up cheating on her diet and indulges in whatever dish she is in the mood for! Although from her Instagram account, it is clear that Tamannaah has a soft corner for pizza!
However, when asked about her secret for healthy and glowing skin in an interview a while ago, she shared that proper hydration and an adequate amount of water are the way to go!
