Bollywood actress Fatima Sana Shaikh proved she is a fitness enthusiast ever since her awe-inspiring transformation for the portrayal of Geeta Phogat in Aamir Khan's Dangal. And even after all these years, the star religiously follows her daily workout routine. The only change in her fitness though is how advanced she's gotten and what steps her trainer takes to keep things interesting for her!
Taking to Instagram Fatima, dropped the latest exercise she's been doing during her recent workout routines and made our jaws drop with her video!

Shot from a side angle, showing Fatima's profile the video captures Fatima practising some pretty risky moves. She jokingly captioned the post, "Because plank is too basic for my trainer now" and we can't help but agree with her assessment.?
In the video, Fatima can be seen balancing on two deadlift weights while performing a one-leg plank. An impressive feat for anybody even on the floor, but balancing and then performing a tough exercise like such easily showcased how strong her core muscles are. While Fatima quickly performed the move and was all smiles after her move, fans were left worried about the risks behind the exercise.
While one fan commented, "Strong girl be care dear" another added, "How casually you make it look so easy".
A third well wishes wrote, "Why? Why this kind of stunt? No need for such risks!"
But this is not the first time the young actress has shared glimpses of her workout routine. Since the diva is so particular about hitting the gym every day, it is no surprise that her feed is full of videos that give a sneak peek of her workouts.
During an interview, Fatima revealed that for her film Thugs of Hindostan, she has incorporated a lot of functional training exercises into her routine and made it a part of her daily workout even after the shooting ended. To keep things interesting she worked with her trainer to add a series of versatile workouts to her every day like battle ropes, tyre flips and burpees.
Another one of her favourite ways to burn off steam and challenge herself other than her usual weight training and cardio exercises is - box jumps. The diva even shared a short clip where she and her trainer indulged in some healthy competition at the gym and participated in a round of box jumps to see who would win.
Fatima's dedication to her fitness is just one aspect of the work she puts into honing her craft as well as maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
