Dressed in a perfectly pink skirt and sports bra set, Prajakta was seen doing a series of strength-training exercises using dumbbells and resistance bands. The 31-year-old actress served the perfect dose of Monday motivation to hit the gym and start the week right just like her. 4) Assisted push-ups: A very good warm-up exercise which targets the whole body and a great alternative for beginners who are not yet at the fitness level to be able to perform proper pushups.
5) Lat pull down: Lat pull downs target the muscles of the back. The exercise strengthens the broadest back muscle, ultimately strengthening your whole upper body including shoulders, forearms and biceps.
