On the other hand, those who are not Buddhist do it to relieve stress, give time for themselves or to be happy. There is no one reason for doing it.?

Mindfulness can be done in the office, in the toilet, in a plane, in a park and anywhere. Buddhists do it in the jungle, but you don't have to do that just do it wherever you're comfortable.?
Skip forcing yourself, and don't do it for longer durations, like 30 or 60 minutes. If you're a beginner, it's okay if you do it for a short duration, like 2-3 minutes.??
