An elderly man defied COVID restrictions, cycled for 13 hours and covered a distance of 130 km to perform his wife's last rites, as per a report in India Today. It happened in Agar Malwa district of Madhya Pradesh.?

His specially-abled wife Babli, who was living in her maternal home for years, died on May 8 due to ill health.
When he got the news, Ram waited for for hours for vehicles to take him to Agar Malwa village. But he could not get one due to COVID restrictions.?
So he opted to travel by cycle and cover the distance of 130 km by himself.?
After paddling for 13 hours, he made it there. He had brought food and water from home on which he survived.?
When they got to know of what he went through, Ram's relatives were taken aback.?
Mali admitted that during the day he would have made it in less than 10 hours. The need to be with his wife on her final journey made him take such a bold step. ????
