In an absolute shocker, a 55-year-old tantrik was arrested for killing a couple after police found their naked bodies in the forested area of Kelabavadi in Rajasthan's Udaipur on November 18, three days after they were dead.
The tantrik is accused of asking the 30-year-old man, working as a government teacher, and the 28-year-old woman to have sex in front of him. Further, while they were indulging in the physical act, he poured the quick-drying super glue on their bodies and later killed them by thrashing them with stones and stabbing them with a knife.
The bodies were found without clothes in a forest in Udaipur near Gogunda police station area. The tantrik has been identified as Bhalesh Kumar. He is in police custody.?
The deceased have been identified as Rahul Meena and Sonu Kunwar.?According to the police, both Rahul and Sonu were married to separate people. Their families used to visit the tantric at the Ichchapoorna Sheshnaag Bhavji Mandir in?Bhadwi Gurha?and it is here that the two met.
Soon, the two got into a relationship, and because of this Rahul started having frequent fights with his wife. His wife then sought the help of the tantric.?who revealed her husband's relationship with Sonu Kunwar.
Tantrik's disclosure angered Rahul and Sonu, and both started to threaten the tantrik by filing a false case of molestation against him.Thereafter, the tantrik hatched a plan to kill Rahul and Sonu for trying to defame him in the public.
The fateful incident happened on November 15 when the tantrik took Rahul to the murder spot on his bike and also called Sonu to join in.
Reports stated that the tantrik then forced the two to have sex in front of him. However, when both were having sex, the tantrik poured fevikwik on their body and killed them by stabbing and thrashing with stones.
Police said the tantric's aim was to kill both of them when they were in the act so that when people found their bodies, they would be in an objectionable position and he would escape easily.
Superintendent of Police (SP), Udaipur, Vikas Kumar said after the police found the bodies, they scanned the footage of 50 CCTV cameras installed in the vicinity of the area and rounded up around 200 people for questioning.
Based on the evidence found during the investigation, police suspected Bhalesh Kumar had a role to play in the death of the couple. He was taken into custody and during interrogation, he confessed to the murders.?The police will also probe the angle of a love triangle in the case.
