A video has gone viral on social media showing a large number of people climbing walls, hanging from windows, and passing on chits to students appearing for the Class 10 board exam in Haryana.
The video is said to have been shot from outside the Chandrawati School in Tauru block of Haryana's Nuh district on Wednesday.
According to reports, the question paper had leaked from soon after the exam had started.
It is believed that some students had clicked the photo of the question paper and sent it to their kin, who soon rushed to the school with answers in chits to pass them on to those taking the exam.
After the video went viral on social media, District Education Officer Paramjeet Chahal said that he has ordered officials to present a report regarding the incident.
¡°I saw a video and some newspaper cuttings that some children have climbed up the roof of a school,¡± Chahal told the news agency. ¡°I have asked for a report regarding it,¡± Chahal told ANI.
It should be noted that this is not the first time question papers have allegedly been leaked during the ongoing board exams in Haryana.
Earlier, question papers for Hindi and Urdu exams had also been leaked in Sonipat and Nuh districts.
The Urdu question paper was leaked from the Government Senior Secondary School Examination Centre Tapkan (B-2) of Nuh
After a copy of the question paper went viral on social media on Friday, the Haryana School Education Board had cancelled the test.
Last week a Class 12 student was apprehended by the police for leaking the Urdu language question paper.
Wednesday's video from Haryana reminded many of a similar instance from Bihar in March 2015.
In the video dozens of people were seen clinging to the windows of a four-story school building and passing on chits to their children appearing for board exams.
