In 2019, after losing half of her hair, she resolved to regain her hair and discover effective solutions.?

This setback forced her to restart her hair growth journey from scratch.?
Eventually, she witnessed progress as her bald spot filled in by approximately 12 inches, with minimal hair fall.?
Now, she shares her successful strategies and lessons learned along the way.
One of her key tips involves doing an Ayurvedic scalp massage every day on days when you don't wash your hair.?
She demonstrates a simple three-finger massage technique that can help promote hair growth.
She highlights three specific points on the scalp where she focuses her massage.?
The first point is about eight fingers above the eyebrows, which is especially beneficial for receding hairlines or bald spots near the forehead.?
The second point is located about 12 fingers above the eyebrows, at the top of the skull. The third point is about four fingers above the nape of the neck.
On days when she washes her hair, she shares the specific hair oil she uses, which acts as a growth stimulator.?
Her preferred blend includes rosemary oil, castor oil, bhringraj, and onion. She recommends a 15-minute scalp massage, suggesting that for the last 5 minutes, you flip your hair upside down to encourage blood flow to the scalp.?
She advises heating the oil or using a heat cap to enhance its penetration. Additionally, she suggests using scalp massagers and neem combs as helpful tools.
Other tips she shares are, using heatless methods for styling hair instead of using heat.?
Seerat advises against tight hairstyles and recommends opting for a loose ponytail to reduce hair strain.?
She also suggests braiding hair loosely while sleeping to minimise friction with the pillow and using silk pillowcases and bonnets to protect hair.
