An Instagram influencer had the time of her life when she realized that she was present at the "same time and place" as the T20 World Cup 2024-winning Team India.
Popularly known as Zingyzest on Instagram, Sarah Hussain was at Delhi Airport when the Indian Cricket Team, accompanied by ex-coach Rahul Dravid, returned to the capital on Thursday morning from Barbados.
In the clip shared by Hussain, she can be spotted having meet-ups with the victorious cricket stars.?"Imagine you're at the Delhi Airport, and this happens," reads a text insert on the video.
At the moment when Team India, donning white jerseys and adorned with medals, descended from the jet bridge, Hussain caught up with them on an individual basis. Apart from sharing fist bumps with several players, she clicked a selfie with captain Rohit Sharma and applauded Suryakumar Yadav for his crucial game-changing catch.
"What would you do if you're at the airport at the same time and place as the Indian Cricket team? Whole another feeling to welcome back our champions @delhairport," Hussain wrote in her Instagram post.
The video documents Team India on their way back home after their T20 World Cup win, their first World Cup victory in the span of the last 11 years. The last time when the team tasted a World Cup triumph was in the 2011 50-over edition under Mahendra Singh Dhoni's captaincy.
