Anne's 77-year-old son, Alan, worries that the stress of being accused of 'anti-social behavior' might become overwhelming for her.
According to reports, council officials have been pursuing Mrs. Seago for two years following a neighbor's complaint about pigeons and seagulls being attracted to her bird table, causing a nuisance. Environmental health officers have even checked her bungalow to see if pigeons are roosting on the roof.
