Etching their names in the record books is a dream come true for many, and?for?most, it is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. However,?there are others who live?to set new records. David Rush, an American man, is one such person, whose aim in life is to set new records, and has broken more than 300 Guinness World Records so far.
Rush is so obsessed with breaking records that Guinness World Records described him as a 'serial record breaker.' Recently, he achieved his 171st concurrently held Guinness World Record. Rush set a new Guinness World Record by catching bounced table tennis balls using his head covered in shaving cream.

Rush, who previously broke the record for most table tennis balls bounced and caught in shaving foam on the head in 30 seconds (team of two) multiple times, took on the individual version of the same record. Rush ended up catching 14 balls, tying the record previously set by California man Ronald Sarchian in May 2023. The two men are now co-holders of the record.
According to Rush, Guinness World Records rules for the title required him to bounce the table tennis balls off a wall and catch them in the shaving cream on his head.
With one more Guinness World Record under his belt, Rush is in no mood to slow down and is setting his sights on another one. His ultimate aim is to set the World Record for the most records held concurrently, which currently stands at 181.
