Millionaire Bryan Johnson claims his anti-aging regimen makes birthdays come every 19 months

Tech mogul and millionaire Bryan Johnson, who is famously fixated on defeating aging, has unveiled a groundbreaking achievement in his mission to turn back the biological clock. Johnson, who is pouring millions into this venture, recently took to the social media platform X to announce that his birthday now occurs every 19 months instead of the conventional 12.

Sharing his accomplishment on X, Johnson proudly declared, “My new record: 0.64 pace-of-aging. My birthday is now every 19 months. Previously I built Braintree Venmo, now I build human, with a goal to slow and reverse aging. Nutrition is a power law of anti-aging. This is what I eat every day. You can too.”

In an accompanying video statement, Johnson explained, “I’ve been trying to reduce my speed of aging, and I just achieved a personal best - 0.64. That roughly means that for every 12 months that pass, I only age for 7.6 months.”

Back in April, the 46-year-old tech entrepreneur shared a collage of images showcasing his transformation over the years. The pictures, dating from 2018, 2023, and 2024, highlighted the significant changes in his appearance. “Even my Face ID is confused. I'm transitioning…” Johnson captioned the collage.

Johnson, who founded and later sold Braintree Venmo, has embarked on Project Blueprint, an initiative focused on longevity research. He claims that his health markers reflect a younger biological age. Unlike chronological age, which measures the actual time a person has lived, epigenetic age assesses biological age based on DNA methylation patterns in cells.

Project Blueprint employs various strategies to reverse Johnson’s epigenetic age. His daily routine includes a meticulously monitored, calorie-restricted diet and consuming over 100 supplements daily. Johnson asserts that at 46 years old, he has the heart of a 37-year-old and the skin of a 28-year-old, attributing his youthful vitality to an annual health investment exceeding $2 million.
