It has been a decade since we won the first ever World T20 in 2007. Joginder Sharma was the man who delivered that epic final over and 10 years later, he still has not gotten over it.
It was MS Dhoni who took a gamble and gave him the final over with 13 needed for Pakistan and one wicket needed by India to win.

"He's such a big name in not just Indian cricket but world cricket, I have utmost regard for him and I consider myself extremely lucky that there were comparisons with him. People who have played with Paaji, who have been around him have often told me that I am a reflection of the great man and there's nothing more humbling than that," he told Cricbuzz.
Despite 7 runs coming in the first two balls, Joginder did not lose heart. With 6 needed from 4, he induced a strange scoop from Misbah-ul-Haq which saw Sreesanth take the catch.

India were the winners and Joginder was the hero of the day. He did not go on to do much later and his career fizzled out. But he can look back and say he had a big role to play in one of Indian cricket's greatest moments.
10 years on, Joginder is now serving in the police force, but he likes to talk about the day he sealed his place in cricketing history.
