"I was not half of what Kohli is on the field. He has just taken it one step further. I love watching him on the ground," Ganguly told India Today.?
India defeated Australia by 75 runs in Bengaluru to level the 4-match series 1-1.

Virat Kohli was in the thick of the action as he egged on the players on the fourth day. Australia's batting collapsed as they slid from 101/4 to 112 all out in search of 188.
Ganguly added that banter was part of the game and made it interesting.
"Let's just enjoy the banter between the players and not take it too far," said the 44-year-old.

He also felt that Kohli had no need to pay attention to what former Aussie cricketers had to say about his tactics and just back himself in whatever he did.
"It does not matter what Healy and Mark said. I played with them and saw how they reacted on the cricket field. I am sure Kohli would not care too much either," Ganguly said.
