Twitter is currently witnessing an exodus of executives after Elon Musk took over the company. It appears that three of Twitter's top security, safety, and privacy executives have left the company, just two weeks after the change in Twitter's ownership.
Chief information security officer and chief compliance officer resigned from Twitter on Wednesday after Twitter rolled out its chaotic verification system that focuses on building profits for the company - at the cost of factual information.
After the $8/per month verification mechanism (as part of Twitter Blue) was implemented, accounts with verified ticks began to impersonate big companies, celebrities, and politicians - adding to the company's impersonation woes instead of solving them.
Musk's solution for this is mandating "parody" be written into their display names to help people differentiate.?
Departures at Twitter came just hours before Musk sent an email to Twitter employees, warning of "difficult times ahead," while implementing a compulsory back-to-office policy.
Twitter's head of trust and safety, Yoel Roth resigned on Thursday, NBC reported. After Musk's takeover, Roth was leading efforts to tell users about Twitter's moderation efforts.

The chief information security officer at Twitter, Lea Kissner also announced their resignation in a Twitter post on Thursday.?
Twitter's chief compliance officer Marianne Fogarty has also left the company. Fogarty Tweeted the following - "I don¡¯t watch Game of Thrones. I certainly don¡¯t want to play it at work."

These resignations come a few days after Twitter laid off 50% of its workforce, as Musk hopes to maximise profits from the company - spooking many advertisers who used to work with Twitter.
