The recent samples of rock that were collected by NASA's Perseverance rover point to alien life, scientists have revealed.The samples revealed that Mars once had an environment that would have allowed life to exist.?
While this does not mean that aliens walked the Red Planet for sure, it does open up the possibility of the same.For life to exist, water is a prerequisite. And the salts from the rock samples reveal that these rocks were formed when water ran through the minerals.?
In a different scenario, the evaporation of liquid water could have facilitated the creation of these salts.?
NASA is really rooting for the rocks for have tiny bubbles of ancient water from Mars. They're essentially using the same logic as life on Earth, remnants of which are preserved as salt minerals in water droplets.?
NASA chose the "Jezero" crater on Mars for this rock excavation because the region has shown signs of serving as a river delta in the past. They wanted to drill to detect remains of alien life on the planet, which would be stored as sediments.?

Scientists are quite sure that a lake once filled the Jezero crater on Mars. But scientists have been unable to assert more in terms of the timeline of water in this lake. It is possible that the water flourished in this lake for millions of years or just for hundreds of years. One thing they're sure of is that the water existed for long enough to create microscopic life on Mars.?
If nothing else, scientists at NASA are hoping to establish some historical sequence of water's existence on Mars. Unfortunately, we will not be getting any answers soon. The equipment required to assess the rock samples cannot be sent to Mars.?

At the same time, the samples cannot be sent back to Earth so quickly. Another rover will collect the samples in 10 years from now.?
