The internet brings us different types of content every day and animal-related videos are always welcome, especially heartwarming ones. The latest addition to this is this video of a chimpanzee feeding fish in a pond and needless to say, the clip has become a hit on social media.
Indian Forest Service officer Susanta Nanda shared the 14-second clip on Twitter and it has been viewed more than 11,000 times in just four hours. In the video, one can see a chimpanzee sitting on a wooden bridge over a pond and placing food from a bowl into the water body for the fish to eat.?
The fish can be seen immediately grabbing the food as soon as the chimpanzee drops it into the pond. IFS Susanta Nanda posted the video on the micro-blogging website with the caption, 'Chimpanzees are 98% humans. Feeding fish is one of the finest stress busters. Try for yourself'.

This shows how compassion works, even in the animal kingdom and how human beings should also practice it because kindness goes a long way. Users were quick to praise the Chimpanzee for being so kind and left heartwarming comments on the post.?
Chimpanzees are extremely intelligent creatures and can learn how to work with tools, communicate with complex vocalisations and are also masters at problem-solving. Various studies have been conducted over the years to determine a chimpanzee's intelligence and the results have been great.
Chimpanzees understand human actions perfectly well and a clear example of this is of an ape who managed to wash a shirt after watching a human do it.
