Third standard geography taught us that 70% of our planet is water, but have you ever thought what would it look like if it all disappeared??
An animation created by James O'Donoghue - a scientist at the Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency - shows what it would look like if there is a simulated drop in a range of sea levels.?

The footage gradually reveals the two-thirds of land hidden underwater, with most of the area becoming visible at a decrease of 459 feet.
According to the Daily Mail, ¡®the central area of the ocean begins to appear at depths of 6,500 feet and by 19,685 feet, all of the sea water has drained ¨Cexcept for parts of the Earth with deep sea trenches¡¯.

James remade ¡®an animation NASA made back in 2008, but at high resolution and with edited timing¡¯.
At 19,685 feet, we can see most of the Earth is drained of its oceans, except for some areas with deep sea trenches.
Even though the animation simulates a decrease in sea level, experts have predicted that earth is headed for just the opposite, as a result of climate change.

Ice sheets are rapidly melting which has put 400 million people living in coastal regions at risk of flooding by the year 2100, at the current pace.
Scientists have found that the ice is melting seven times more rapidly than it did in the 1990s.?

Nevertheless, the footage is scary. Needless to inform that there will be no life on earth, if the ocean cover reduces.?
