A horrifying video of a black panther attacking a street dog has surfaced on social media. The short clip in itself is bone-chilling. It was shared on Twitter by Sudha Ramen of the Indian Forest Services. The short clip was captured on CCTV and went viral soon after the video once it was posted on the internet.?
In the video, a black panther walks along a path that looks like it is near a mountainous region. Just a few second after the panther goes out of sight, a dog cries and it becomes obvious that the wild animal has attacked its prey.?

The seconds that follow after this show the panther with the dog in his mouth. The wild animal then escapes from the area.?
'They may be Black, that doesn't make them any different. They are still leopards. Here a Black Panther visits a fringe habitation and lifts a dog, which is said to be their favourite prey,' Sudha Ramen said in the caption of her post.
?The short clip has gone viral on the microblogging website with over 24,000 views. Netizens took to the comments section to express their horror.?
One user commented, 'Reminds me of the desperate howling of the local dogs at some nights, and the next day we found one missing. This was when we stayed in a forest mining settlement. We never saw the perpetrator, but the locals said it was the handiwork of the leopards.'
Another user wrote, 'Humans are the culprits of Mother Earth. We don't deserve it.'
