India is not the best place to look for ideal drivers. Most often than not, people in India tend to break traffic rules rather than follow them. Whether it be wearing a simple helmet or waiting for the traffic light to turn green, traffic rules have somewhat become a myth in the country.??
Well, in the midst of this chaos, if a person starts following the rules properly, they are bound to stand out from the crowd. Something of the sort happened when Twitter user Ritvi was following traffic rules like a responsible citizen.?
The 21-year-old young adult would surely be an exception, so much so that she caught the eye of the police. The Ahmedabad police noticed the diligence of the young girl and rewarded her in an adorable yet hilarious way.
Ritvi took to the microblogging site to share how the Ahmedabad police had rewarded her with some toffees when they saw her following the traffic rules. She wrote, ¡°Ahmedabad police gave me a chocolate cuz I was following traffic rules.¡±

Folks online were shocked and jealous of Ritvi as they started pitching their own good behaviour to win some brownie points. The post has since gone viral, garnering over 150K views on the platform.
One user whined, "hum ko to galiya hi milti he."
While one suggested that if someone saw her on the road she would get much more expensive chocolates, ¡°I toh deserve Ferrero rocher then.¡±
Another joked, ¡°Anjaan logo ne di gayi chocolates nhi lete.¡±
One fellow was snowed in envy: ¡°Kya hi polis hai yaar. Mujhe to kabhi nahi di.¡±
A second chimed in, ¡°Yaar humse toh traffic rules follow kiye jaane par backup ke taur pe RC book/PUC vagera maangte hai.¡±
A third pinned the idea on Delhi police: "I follow all traffic rules and even keep all documents handy. I need bournville dark chocolate ."??
