A heartbreaking and shocking incident came to light recently when it was found that Indore's civic officials have been accused of overturning the egg cart of a 14-year-old boy after he refused to pay them Rs 100 in bribe.
A video of the same went viral on social media; it shows an overturned cart and broken eggs. The boy, wearing white clothes, is seen gesturing angrily at men, who appear to be civic body officials.
But this is where the power of the internet actually shows. After the boy¡¯s story became viral people came forward to help the boy and his family. They not only covered the loss of eggs but did something extra.?
Instagram Page-Indore City Vibes-posted an update regarding the development in the life of ¡®Chhotu¡¯ and his family.?
¡®Chhotu's problem have been resolved. Thanks to all those who helped. Until people like you exist in the society, poor will not go hungry¡¯, the caption reads. It continues, ¡®If you find anyone in need of help by the road, do offer it to them¡¯.?
Another video shot by Mr. Vikas Rao, whom admin mentions in the caption, is supposed to be the 'last part' of the series. In the video the person introduces the egg stall - ¡®Kherchi Vikrata vale¡¯, ¡®ande vale uncle¡¯ .
In the video Vikas says, ¡°As you can see, all three people seem happy¡±, then he goes to talk with the kids' grandfather. He asks if people helped him to which the old man replied in affirmative. Apparently there are some talks of providing the family with lodging as well.?
The nanaji informed that some authorities assured him that they will help with whatever they need.?
He then talks to Chhotu who says- ¡°sab logo ka bht bht dhyanawad (Thanks to all the people who helped). Do come to the stall and buy eggs.¡±
The internet previously came together as well- recently when a man had to sell his cow to buy phone for his daughter so she could study and before that when a mango seller whose mangoes had been looted in the middle of the day lost thousands of rupees.?
