A Michigan man set a new record after winning his second significant jackpot from the state lottery's Club Keno: The Jack game. Dan Housler, 62, of Portage, informed Michigan Lottery authorities that he frequently plays Club Keno The Jack.
"I play Club Keno The Jack when the price gets to around $100,000," he explained, adding, "I've been fortunate in the past, winning a $239,074 prize a few years ago."?
Housler played the?game?recently at Fletcher's Pub No. 2 on Oakland Drive in Kalamazoo, and his Jack numbers matched eight of the 20 Club Keno numbers in draw 2230786.
"I bought my?ticket?and went home from Fletcher's. When I arrived, I double-checked my wife's and my tickets," said Housler.?The ticket netted him a $503,254 jackpot, the largest in the game's history. Housler stated that his prize money will be used for his retirement.
"Winning this at my age means I can pay off some bills and set myself up for a comfortable retirement," he explained.
