The Pink WhatsApp scam is a fraudulent technique in which users are sent a message with a link that promises to change the colour of their WhatsApp?interface to pink. Clicking on the link, on the other hand, takes them to a fraudulent website or asks them to download a malicious application.? ?
This scam aims to either steal critical personal information, such as passwords or financial information, from the victim's device or install malware on the victim's device.?The scam uses WhatsApp's ubiquity and users' interest to lure them into compromising their privacy and security.
