How often do we stop to think about the people who fill our lives with their presence? As humans, it's natural for us to depend on each other in various ways, whether it's by simply showing up and doing our jobs consistently or by lending a helping hand from time to time. This story is a leaf from that book, and it is a beautiful example of taking a moment to acknowledge the people who, in their own small ways, play a very important role in our lives. In the following viral story, an elderly auto driver got a sweet surprise from a girl he regularly drives to school, and the smile on his face said it all. Here's what happened.

Instagram user Joyee, (@cheerfulbong), recently shared a video of an elderly auto driver smiling cheek to cheek after she handed him a surprise gift. The thoughtful gesture won a lot of praise online.
Captioned 'Choti choti khushiyan hi to jeene ka sahara hai,' the video shows Joyee handing the auto driver a gift wrapped in green paper. The auto driver, already smiling, eagerly opens the wrapping paper to find a steel bottle inside. Joyee's reason for doing so was clear; she wanted to be able to give back to the sweet man who drives her regularly to school. This is why she gave him a new bottle for him to be able to replace the old plastic one he rides with daily.
Text embedded in the video explains the sentiment well: "This auto driver brings me home from school every day. I have been thinking for a long time that I will gift him a bottle instead of this plastic bottle. Today is Labour Day and today I gifted him a bottle as best as I could."

"I hope Uncle ji usse paani piye, kyuki ye log sab accha accha apne baccho ko dedete and they land up with those plastic bottles eventually!! Parents work so hard, I wish we all could do something for them," wrote one Instagram user from the heart.?
"Today i decided if i see any good kind deeds on Instagram, i will not go to comment section bcz people vl not see the efforts & start giving unnecessary advices. Its not about what Uncle will do with that bottle, its the kindness of that girl who felt for him. Woh kehte hain naa, neki kar dariya mein daal. Humein apna karm acha karna hai, dusra humare kiye kaam ko value kare naa kare.....but humara toh acha hua naa , mann ko shaanti mili naa," was another user's reaction to other not-so-nice comments. "In a world where we often hear about negativity, stories like these serve as a powerful reminder of the kindness that exists all around us," added a third.
