It can be tough to employ logic to answer issues at times, and you may jump to conclusions that aren't actually accurate. No matter how many times you try to answer a question, you may keep getting the wrong answer rather than the one that is more evident than you realize.?
When you involve your family and friends, things can quickly turn competitive as you all furiously scratch your heads, attempting to come to the correct conclusion.?
Daily Quiz and Riddles took to X, formerly Twitter, to publish a tough question - and if you can come up with the proper answer, you're very intelligent because the question is "only for geniuses'."
The question asks, "How many times does the digit 9 occur between 1 and 100?" You'll want to think about it carefully before giving the wrong answer - which is quite simple to do while you're attempting to figure it out.?
There is no time limit on this, so you have plenty of time to consider it thoroughly. Is it 10 times over? 15? Or maybe even more? The question will stump many individuals.Someone submitted the correct answer in the comments:
"The digit occurs 20 times between 1 and 100, it occurs in 9, 19, 29, 39, 49, 59, 69, 79, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, and 99." "10 times from 1 to 90, 10 times," said another.
Many people will ignore the 90, 91, 92, and so on, only counting the 9, 19, 29, and so on.?
Did you get it right the first time? Some readers in the comments didn't realize that numbers 90 and up all include 9s.?
If you want to try something else, count the amount of Fs in a sentence. It's far more difficult than it appears because our brains have a tendency to skim-read particular words.
