Despite releasing an apology statement online, the backlash against the YouTuber over his offensive jokes did not stop. As per the latest updates, a team of Mumbai police has reached the YouTuber's residence, reported ANI.?
Following the massive shaming around Allahbadia's comments on the show, multiple FIRs have been filed against the YouTuber and Samay Raina. This move comes after the Mumbai Police filed a complaint against Ranveer. However, other panellists, including social media influencer Apoorva Mukhija, Ashish Chanchlani, comedian Samay Raina, and the organisers of the show, are also booked in the case.

The latest members-only episode of India's Got Latent was aired on Sunday. However, the clips of the episode started making rounds across social media platforms, and since then, there has been a massive outrage by netizens.?While interacting with a contestant, Allahbadia asked her a question, "Would you rather watch your parents have sex or join in once and stop it forever?"
Apart from this, he also made some vulgar comments in the later part of the show.?However, as the clips went viral and started drawing intense flak online, the YouTuber took to his X (formerly called Twitter) to share an apology. In the video he shared, he said his comments weren't just?inappropriate; they weren't even funny.
He added that comedy is not his forte, and it was not cool on his part to say things that he said.
Amid the ongoing row over India's Got Latent's latest episode, multiple complaints have been filed against Ranveer Allahbadia, who has about 4.5 million Instagram followers and 1.05 crore YouTube subscribers; comedian Samay Raina, who has 6 million followers on Instagram; YouTuber Ashish Chanchlani; and comedian Jaspreet Singh.
According to the police, they are investigating the matter currently, and both Allahbadia and Samay Raina have been asked to join the investigation.
