There are millions of creatures out there that not even a single person has seen. And hoping to catch a glimpse of our undersea friends in this lifetime seems next to impossible.?
Some might find it an exaggeration, how animated movies depict some species, especially aquatic animals, but are these descriptions really so far-fetched? You might think differently after looking at the following pictures and videos of the most unique and goofy-looking sea creatures captured by one fisherman.?
39-year-old Roman Fedortsov hunts for cod, mackerel and haddock on?commercial trawlers and quite often comes across?bizarre-looking sea creatures that accidentally surface.

In the collection is a sea pike that appears to be smiling, a wolffish which had just devoured a crustacean and?a shrimp that looks like a part of a tree.
The aquatic creatures were found mainly in the Norwegian and Barents seas in the north of Russia, although some were found in the Atlantic ocean.
The photographer has reportedly studied marine science at a university in Murmansk and is something of an expert on processing and preparing fish. He shared the quirky, bizarre images on his social media accounts. "All kinds of fish are beautiful in their own way. I can not say that they are 'scary' or 'ugly,'" Daily Mail quoted the Fedortsov as saying.?
"People are very interested in unusual sea creatures." Talking about the expectations of people he said, "Readers have the impression that with each trawl we bring aboard unusual fish specimens. In fact, this is far from the case. It is a rarity. On the other hand, even a famous fish can be photographed so that it will seem to be a "monster".' Most of the raised fish do not survive due to the difference in pressure, he added.??
