"This wonderful story showed up in my inbox today. I bow low to Sudhir Bhave's irrepressible creativity and energy. Sudhir has demonstrated that inventiveness & startup DNA in India is not only the prerogative of the young! And if you want to use the workshop of our Vadodara factory for your experiments, do let me know. No Sudhir, you are not 'retired.' You are in the most active & innovative period of your life," Mahindra commented while uploading a video in which Bhave discussed his hobby of creating cycles with inventive designs.
In the video, Bhave, a retired mechanical engineer, demonstrated how to use two cycles he built with rollers inside that are good for upper body exercise. He also created an electric cycle that can be ridden manually if the battery is discharged.?
When asked about the time required to work on his experiments, Bhave stated, "Because I don't have my own workshop, I have to use other workshops whenever their owners say they can assign it to me. It takes about a month to finish work on one cycle. I don't have a clear aim. My coworker and I work on a project whenever we have time."
He also mentioned that he uses the majority of the cycles every day. Mahindra shared the post only a day ago.?
