Shraddha, or "Aiyyo Shraddha" as she's called online, played a laid-off techie in her newest Instagram reel.?The clip has now gone viral.
In the video, Shraddha played a fired IT worker who felt sorry for the human resources department, which had to switch from promoting "diversity and inclusion" to dealing with "adversity and expulsion."
"And all this after all the employee interaction activities to keep employees happy. For that, you need employees. They should have focused on keeping employees."
She replied that actual families take each other for granted yet never let go of one another.?
"At the company offsite, we celebrated the company tripling its profit in a year. What happened? A month later, we are so poor. Who robbed us?" she asked.

In the video, the comedian also talked about the current topic of ChatGPT and how some people expect that AI development may lead to more significant job layoffs in the future.
"AI can¡¯t overtake human paranoia and human curiosity. AI can do what human beings have been doing. Only humans can do what human beings haven't done before," she said.
"I lost my job because the company's investors were unsure if their investment would become 400x in coming years. How will we go to Mars!" she added, taking a massive dig at Elon Musk promptly laid off over half of the company's staff after acquiring the social media powerhouse Twitter in October 2022.?
