From expressing bizarre opinions to mocking other people, the billionaire recently showed his customer support skills when he replied to a Twitter complaint related to a Tesla Model 3. In fact, he even replied with a follow up on the issue.
The richest man in the world taking out the time to reply to a customer on social media definitely deserves acknowledgement since he replied to the complaint within exactly 3 minutes from when it was posted.?
Tesla owners use the company app to access the vehicles without using the key but since the app was down, people were unable to access their cars.
Tesla owner Jaehwan Cho from South Korea tweeted to Musk about the trouble and the billionaire was swift with his response.
After some 5 hours, Musk also came back with an update on the issue and shared what had gone wrong with the app.
"I¡¯m experiencing 500 server error to connect my @tesla Model 3 on my iOS app in Seoul, S.Korea. Seems like this is a worldwide issue," wrote Cho on Twitter.
To which Musk wrote, "Checking ¡".
In his follow up, he wrote, "Should be coming back online now. Looks like we may have accidentally increased the verbosity of network traffic.Apologies, we will take measures to ensure this doesn¡¯t happen again."
Netizens were quite impressed with Musk's prompt reply.
