A recent video of an argument between a?dog owner and a tenant outside an elevator in a Greater Noida housing community has gone viral. The video was reshared by numerous X users and sparked a discussion online.
In the 1-minute 45-second video, a man can be seen defending his muzzled dog as a?resident and a security guard ask him to exit the lift. The dispute took place after he was denied access to the lift with his pet dog. A child was already inside the elevator, reportedly wailing because he was too afraid to ride with the dog.?
"Woh darr raha hai toh bahar aajaye, main wait karu uske liye (if he is scared he should exit the lift, why should I wait for him?)" the man questioned.?
A woman, who appeared to be the boy's mother, stopped him from using the elevator. Instead, she told him to take the other one because the child was already inside and refused to share space with the dog.?
"Agar woh dog se darr raha hai toh it is your duty ke aap bahar wait karein use upar jane de aur aap dusri lift use kijiye," the woman said.?The dog owner, on the other hand, asserted that the child should be the one departing the elevator given that he had an issue with the pet, as per the clip.
Matters got heated when the woman threatened the dog owner by recording the entire conversation, and repeatedly asked him "What is your flat number?"?The video ends with the man eventually leaving with his dog but the matter seems far from over.?
