Food for thought: people don't quit bad jobs, they've quit bad managers. Bad managers can come in all shapes and forms: they're toxic and make life hell for everyone; they can simply be bad at their job; or they are downright confused. Either way, it's the team and the employees that suffer. One such tired soul took to the Antiwork forum on Reddit and asked, "Is there a way to fire a bad boss?" The responses the post got range between eye-wateringly savage and honest.?Maybe there are some pointers here for you too.
How to fire your boss?

?In the post shared recently on the r/Antiwork subreddit, user Resident-Skill751 shared a post titled 'How to fire your boss?'
How many times have you come across a manager from hell? You're lucky if your answer is zero. The rest of us haven't been so lucky. Think about it, a good manager can mean all the difference between you loving your job and quitting when you get the chance. Work-life balance is one thing, but a good environment at work means everything today.
One sad employee took to the popular platform and wrote, "Is there a way to fire a bad boss? Maybe trying to trick them into doing a mistake and then document that against them in some way? Anyone heard of such cases?"
While your first reaction may be to quit, have you also considered you might be quitting a good company over one person that's also easily replaceable?
